What are some quick fixes to those terrible problems you may be wondering..well there are lots! Our world is full of answers to our problems. Did you know our answers could be in our kitchen? Yes, they can be. Here is a list of answers to heal your body if you’re going through problems with it.
Eating Healthy (Eating Greens!)
If you’ve ever followed the Bahai faith, it says to eat your food and to be full to it. This means not disrespecting it and whatnot. Eating healthy foods can quickly fix those terrible body aches. The reason to this is that if you’re eating many unhealthy foods or foods non-beneficial to your body then there aren’t enough proteins and nutrients of the right kind to keep your body in a good situation. Here is a list of green veggies you can eat below.
Greens: Kale, Asparagus, Broccoli, Spinach, Collard, Lettuce etc.
You can also blend and juice them together to get an even better taste and experience!
There are so many seeds available in the market right now. Some are sweet, some are sour, some are spicy and finally some are just plain bitter and distasteful! But did you know seeds are beneficial and superb for your body? Well they definitely are. They’re good for your digestive system and overall are great for you! Just remember to follow any expiry days that may be on the label or and best before dates. Or as a quirky idea, you can use it in your green juice or smoothie! Two things in one! Here is a list of organic seeds you can eat.
Seeds: Sunflower seeds (favorite by many), Pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds
If you’re looking for a half natural and half mechanical way to get that body relief, then a neck heating pad is right for you. It’s great for just plain old relief, or if you’re relaxing it’s a superb add-on! You can use neck heating pads anywhere you want, bringing that relief anywhere! And say if you’re on a plane, you can probably get a battery powered one for that long haul! In my humble opinion, if the two methods above don’t work…the neck heating pad will!
